1 gives you value in either power or movement speed and heals you. 2 is your clear and a chunk of your damage. I've heard discussion of leveling the 1 first since it gives bonus damage, but I'm not sold. Meditation can still be picked up, but Shell is pretty much better.Ībility level order 4 > 2 > 1 > 3. Horrific Emblem is really strong since you can grant a ton of movement speed while slowing them. Any other solo item that I haven't mentioned also works. Stone of Gaia is also good if you want extra sustain considering how much she has already, it makes her heal very fast out of combat. Masamune is a good choice if you still want a little extra damage. I see myself building one of the items mentioned above that I didn't build yet. Hide of the Nemean Lion if auto attack enemies are getting you. Hide of the Urchin if you want both types of protections. Frostbound if you want to glue to someone with your movement speed stance. If I have no reason to build any others, Void Shield is one of my favorites for tank, pen, and damage. Runic Shield is also a nice item if you fear the magical damage of 3+ magical gods. I do like Genji's Guard too if you want that to count for your cooldown or magical protection. Worth noting after Shield of Regrowth nerf, I'd suggest buying it along with Spirit Robe or Mantle of Discord and replacing one of the next two items for one of them. Spirit Robe can go on either side of this, but build Shield of Regrowth on her no matter what, it makes her so fast. If you're feeling super luxurious, Shield of Regrowth and Mantle of Discord is nice, but expensive. If you build Shield of Regrowth already and you don't care about the physical damage on the enemy team, Jotunn's is fine. Breastplate if you're against physical damage. Most of the time, like 9/10 times I'll go with Warrior. I can see it because of stacking her passive though. I've been told she can make use of Hunter's Blessing, but I haven't tested it out. Warrior's blessing is a bit weaker now, but pick it up if it gets buffed back to being good. * Mage blessing is good for her clear since her clear is pretty poor early on. Builds aren't set in stone since solo tanks rely on counterbuilding. I find dying on her to be hard between being tanky, having a self heal, and a movement speed buff.Īre you playing her solo, support, or jungle? I only play her with solo playstyle in mind, so that's what I'll explain. Her kill potential is really strong, but her survivability is even stronger. The main thing I do with her is try to help my team win a fight while surviving. I've had my 10-0-X games, I've had my 0-0-X games. I'm not saying she can't carry games, but she's not a hunter. If you're looking to carry a game with her, you might not want to look at this god.

Consider getting Spirit Robe.Īlso, make sure your leveling order for Amaterasu is decent. Do they have a lot of auto attack based gods? Get Midgardian mail. Do they have a healer? Rush pestilence after boots. After you get boots, start building into items to directly counter the enemy team. First and foremost you are a warrior, and every game will require a different build. I just dislike jotunn’s on warriors because it doesn’t compliment the class at all.
Your build isn’t the worst thing I’ve seen. Once you’ve locked down a target and/or a big teamfight starts, or if you’re taking a camp or objective, switch to power aura. If you’re disengaging or chasing, be in speed aura. If you’re taking a lot of poke you obviously want to switch for the heal. Unless you are extremely ahead(which is rare because Amaterasu’s early game is garbage), there is no literal reason why you would ever buy or rush jotunn’s after boots.Īs for auras, it’s up to you when to use them. First mistake right off the bat I see is you getting Jotunn’s on a warrior.
